Switchboard is a national LGBTQIA+ chatline open from 10am till 10pm, every day of the year. They provide the options to chat via online, phone or email and is ran by an all LGBTQIA+ team. You can even opt to volunteer!
Misfits is a scheme run by not a phase, to supply the trans community with free classes sign up here
they offer classes in self defence, wellness and fitness.
strut safe is a uk phone line, open during the weekends with volunteers to keep you company on the line whilst on your commute. If you feel uncomfortable in public & want some company, drop them a call. You can also volunteer!
umbrella is a branch of free sexual health clinics spread across Birmingham & Solihull. Through umbrella you can get access to free sit lists, condoms, sexual health check ups, pregnancy testing, substance abuse services, services for sex workers and more!
